Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS We offer FREE delivery for all orders over €35. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.90.

DELIVERY TIMES All products bearing the "48h Delivery" label are available in our warehouse in France and delivered within 48 hours (2 business days).

Order processing time: All orders are generally processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • From our warehouse in France: 48-hour delivery
  • From our manufacturing workshop: generally within 10-14 days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location, local postal services, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We always do our best to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

DELIVERY ISSUES If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the shipping date for an item sent from our warehouse in France, or within 21 business days for an item sent from our manufacturing workshop, please first check the tracking information and contact your local postal service. If the package cannot be located, contact us at contact@diy-booknookkit.com. In case of confirmed loss, we will arrange a reshipment or refund.

Damaged items: contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will offer you a replacement or appropriate solution.

Missing or incorrect items: please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order is incomplete or incorrect.

Please ensure that the delivery address entered when ordering is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or your building's reception. If the package remains untraceable, contact us, and we will do everything possible to help you, including filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
